A just for fun project! Partnered with copywriter Alec Jankowski, our objective was to promote Harley Davidson's Fly & Ride program offered exclusively to H.O.G. members through a multimedia campaign. We chose to create the fake website, "WhenHogsFly.com". This project was especially fun for me because of the challenge to work on a testosterone-driven program, incorporate colors and textures reminiscent of a mix of Western meets bikers, and come up with some playful copy throughout a variety of mediums.
Large banner-like posters placed in airports far away from locations mentioned. Includes a series of 3 posters per airport.
Sent only to H.O.G. members, this gives a brief description about the program and the adventures that await, and directs viewer to the landing page of the microsite/website.
Offers information regarding when and where the Fly & Ride program is offered, as well as what the program includes and its terms. The back of the piece has stickers to be placed on the U.S. map (which appears when unfolded) to mark the locations the consumer has taken Fly & Ride trips
"The Bikes"
Shows the bikes available thru the Fly & Ride program. When clicking on a specific bike, it also shows which locations the bike is located at so riders can ride a bike they are familiar with or have wanted to try out. Each bike’s page has a mini photo gallery of the bike in action at various Fly & Ride locations.
"The Hot Spots"
Breaks down the Fly & Ride program into times of the year, the locations offered during those times, and the bikes available in each location. Each location’s page has pictures H.O.G. members have posted of those locations during their trips.
"When Hogs Fly"
A blog where H.O.G. members can share their stories from the Fly & Ride program and post pictures from their adventures.
